How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and include:
- The title you purchased, and
- Your Stripe receipt or order/session reference (if you have it handy).
We will confirm and process your refund promptly. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear.
Digital Goods
Because our products are digital EPUB downloads, there is nothing to return or ship. Requesting a refund does not require you to “send anything back,” though we ask that you delete any downloaded copies once a refund is issued, consistent with our Terms of Service.
Download Problems
Having trouble downloading? Your secure download link is valid for 24 hours; if it expires, just email us and we will re-issue it at no charge. Most download issues can be fixed quickly without a refund — please reach out and we will help.
